Lost password, but can't have a new password to my e-mail

  I have an account that I haven’t used for a couple of years. Unfortunately I have lost my password. I tried to log in to WordPress and also clicked “Lost password?”. The website says that the password is now sent to my e-mail, but I have not received it. I have tried this several times (during a very long time, also last year). How could I log in to my account in this situation? I am unable to log in and also can’t have the password, so my website has been useless for a long time.

  I have checked the spam folder. I also remember what e-mail I used when I created my WordPress website, so the e-mail is right too.

  Don’t you have more private ways to get support? I can’t use live chat, because I understood that I have to be logged in to use it – but I can’t log in, that exactly is my problem. But I haven’t found any e-mail address to ask support from either. I would not like to write my account and account-related e-mail here publicly.

  Your e-mail has not arrived.

  Is that e-mail hale**@utu.fi? Or do I remember wrong what e-mail I have used when I created that website?

  I’m unable to give you any information about the email address on another account for security reasons. If you are unable to find the email in your spam folder, please fill out the Account Recovery form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  This form will give you the option to enter an alternate email address for us to contact you at — if you aren’t receiving emails sent to the account address, you may wish to enter another one there.
