Lost password: There is no user registered with that email address.

    Hi,

    I forgot my password so tried to get a new one sent to me. when I put in my email address I get the error ‘There is no user registered with that email address.’ I have checked and rechecked and the email address I am putting in is 100% correct.

    Please help!

    Hi there, stating the obvious, you are currently logged in with the domblakeaudio username account. Can you see the site if you click the MY SITES link in the upper left corner of your web browser screen? Or maybe here: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs

    If not, for what site/username do you need help? If you add the email address here, the forum software will redact it from public view but Staff will still be able to see it.
