Lost Post

  lost post… I wrote a post called DC Coast. I completed the entry and even read it on the page once it updated. Somehow its now gone, and no record of it in my drafts. Just two drafts with one or two sentences, not the full post with two paragraphs… I’m confused.

  Hi there,

  I have been looking into this for you, and unfortunately I don’t think we can recover the missing content from your post. :( I’m very sorry about this!

  We are looking into a bug that sometimes reverts published posts back to drafts, and that may have been what happened in this case. Usually the content of the post is still there, though. There are a couple things that can help you avoid this in the future:

  – When you edit a post, make sure you only have the post editor open in one tab in your browser. If it’s open in multiple tabs, the post editor will try to save the contents of the post in both tabs so your changes can get overwritten.

  – Before publishing a post, click the “Save Draft” button and be sure to wait for the page to reload. Then, click the Publish button.

  I’m very sorry I couldn’t help you recover this lost content.
