  i had a website built and customized but is gone after not paying the subscription. where can i get it back?

  Hi there,

  From what I can see you at one time had the Business Plan active on your account but it was allowed to lapse, which removed any plugins or themes that your site depended on since those require an active Business Plan to function.

  I do see that you recently upgraded to the Business Plan once again, and the good news is that we may still have copies of your previous site contained in your site backups.

  We are not able to help here in our public support forums since we support free sites here (without a plan upgrade) and those do not have the same backup system as business sites. But you can contact our priority business support at this link (and choose the live chat option if it’s available) and our team will be able to help restore your site from backup.
