lost site

  Hi,

  I really need some help!

  I changed my hosting to godaddy and they accidentally added my hosting to another website (hosted with WIX but I didn’t want anything changed). They won’t accept any responsibility for it and have said the only option is for me to rebuild my site with them. This means 5 years of content/blog posts all gone. I am unable to backup my site via WordPress now as it is saying the site is inactive. I will be absolutely devasted if I’ve lost my site due to an error on their end.

  Please could you advise me of how I can back up my site and resolve this?

  Where was your site hosted before moving to GoDaddy?
