Lost site?

    I was charged for this site 11/5/20 I have been trying to figure out what I was charged for. I used the “Why was I charged?” form and it Found the charge for this blog. – WordPress.com Premium- It appears to be mapped to a different account. The email associated with the account (email visible only to moderators and staff) is no longer in service- so no password recovery possible. I tried to access the receipt and the site says ” not available”
    I tried account recovery and it directs me to the password reset site, tried again and it says the transaction is not valid.
    I’ve been trying for months- this is very frustrating. I’ve also tried visiting artisanforager.blog and the site is up and running.

    Hi there,

    I can confirm that the transaction info you added (which I’ve redacted to protect your private info) shows a Nov 2020 renewal for upgrades on artisanforager.blog, but it is a site that is listed under another login, and not your @cherylharai account.

    If you have lost access to your other account, you can recover your access to it (which will allow us to help with cancelling future renewals) by filling out the form on this page: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

    On that form, you can add your transaction ID (which is showing as valid for me) to help validate you are the owner, and a member of our account recovery team will email you privately to assist with accessing your account.
