lost site!
-
Hi,
I recently canceled an upgrade to my capacity for WordPress at http://www.goodgriefpetloss.com and suddenly discovered another of my websites, http://www.nonconformistnuptials.com had disappeared entirely. Can you please check whether there’s any connection on your end? If so, I need to restore the second site and will reinstate my upgrade for the year.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
With that said, access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /nextgen-gallery/ directory there.
This will remove the plugin causing the problem.
Next, I recommend reporting the issue at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/nextgen-gallery/ so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
