Lost subscription plan

  Hello, we’ve paid for Busines subscription plan and we’re no longer to able to manage it as it disappeared – so not able to get in touch with Wodpress support to ask what happened..

  Any suggestions?

  Perhaps your Business Plan expired or you are logged in to the wrong account? What is the URL of your missing site?

  well, none of those scenarios are fulfilled. Thing is that site is up but is shows as free plan and paid Business plan is not on place.. :-(

  I don’t want to post it here actually. In the meantime colleague of mine who bought that plan was able to contact paid support and issue was solved. Thank you !

  Without knowing the url of your business plan we can’t help you. As you have a business plan, you have a transaction id … you can use the transaction at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
