Lost the tab reusable blocks

    Hi,
    a couple of months ago I lost the tab of the reusable blocks in the editor. Back then my host was able to solve it by putting back a day old backup, but now I was just too late. They don’t have older backups. :(

    I have no idea why the tab was lost, although both times it happened when I was making and editing new reusable blocks.

    Is anyone familiar with the problem and knows a solution?

    I did not see you mention it, but this is an issue with hanniemommers.wordpress.com yes? It seems that site has not been in use for several months so I’m not sure that this is the site you are having your issue on.

    If your site is hosted with another provider (and not hosted here directly) please be aware that those providers use a different version of the WordPress platform from what we have here on WordPress.com. However you can get help for the self-hosted version of the platform here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Your host may also provide WordPress support, so you may want to reach out to them again to see if they are able to help.

    sorry, I had no idea there are 2 different forums, so indeed I posted this in the wrong one. It’s for a self-hosted website.
