Lost update of site

  The site was updated last December, and suddenly it slipped back to the older version. Further, when I try to log in, it tells me I do not have an account any more! What happened?

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and was created less than a day ago.

  If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead or contact your hosting provider directly for help.
