lost user name

  looking to find out what email account I started an old blog on to revive it. Site says that the domain is reserved which i am guessing means its still active. Thanks

  I’m sorry but here the email address we use to register a username with becomes our unique identifier. If you send us a note requesting help with accessing your account/blog, we will require an e-mail from the address registered with the account.   okay I understand but is there a way to un-reserve the blog site or will it just stay used? I am only looking to use the name and begin a new site.

  The only way to un-reserve a name is to prove that you own it – which as @timethief pointed out requires the email.
