lost username and password

  Hi,
  my account is:
  mitlabor.wordpress.com

  I lost my username and password and can not provide any of the requested data to confirm my authentification.

  But:

  On the side, under: Über Uns/Kontakt
  you can see my Name and my phonenumber (which is not spelled right. one Number is missing. it should be: [redacted by staff]

  I also can send you a photo of my passport.
  Please help me to log in again.

  Hi there,

  That account’s username is mitlabor. For security reasons we cannot provide you any other information about the account.

  Please try resetting your password using the username. If you still have access to the correct email address, you should be able to receive a password reset link that way.

  Else, I see that account has previously owned upgrades, so you can use the transaction IDs for one of those upgrades as verification.

  But we cannot accept any information appearing on the site as verification, nor can we accept a photo of your passport, as we did not ask for that information when you created your account. If you’re unable to provide any of the information we require on our account recovery form, we cannot give you access to the account. We do not make exceptions in this regard.
