Lost Username and Password -how can I reset

  Hi,

  I have lost my username and password and cannot for the life of me memo what they are!

  I can’t do a password reset without knowing my username..(I don’t think)

  I have tried to do an account recover but I don’t know any of the items that that asks for either like Transaction ID etc…

  Can anyone help – as I’m in a bit of a pickle and cannot access my word press to access my website.

  Anyway that I can find out what my username is?

  What is the address of the site you need to access? Is it hosted here at WordPress.com?
