lost username & password

  I only know to how login to our WordPress site through our website and the site is down due to Shopify issue I think? I tried filling out account recovery form but I don’t have a transaction ID or Activation URL or Key or two factor authentication code since I am unable to access website. As you can see my email address is associated to the website. What can I provide or how can this get fix?
