  I opened a ecommerce website a few years ago and for some reason I can’t log-in or locate it. I believe I changed the domain name but I don’t remember what it is. Are you able to help me or did I lose all my information?

  We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform. Your account smarrtshopus dates back to Aug 23, 2019 so it cannot be connected to a site made before August 23, 2019.
  Without knowing the URL of your site, it’s almost impossible to find out if it still excists. When you didn’t make a proper backup, it’s almost sure your information is lost forever.
