lost website and can’t login to admin dashboard

    Hi there,
    I have managed https://urbantechprogram.io/ wordpress site, it had a business plan. Right now the page is giving an error saying ‘Something unexpected happened while accessing this website. It looks like it doesn’t have an active domain connection upgrade to link the requested domain name to the WordPress.com site.
    If this is your domain name and it has recently stopped working, it’s possible that your plan or domain may have expired. Please log in to your WordPress.com account and review the status of your plan and domain. ‘

    When I log in, I cannot see the site anymore.

    Could you restore the admin user please, or invastigate who has admin access to this site? How could I log in and restore the site??

    If it’s possible I would like to create an admin for the current owner of the site.

    Hi Bereniké,

    This happened because the Business plan for that site expired. To fix it, all you have to do is repurchase the plan and reconnect the domain.

    Please note that the plan was previously owned by @urbantech000, but since you’re an administrator on that site, you can purchase it with your account.
