Lost WordPress (Jet Pack) stats following staging site creation

  Hi, Would really appreciate some advise or assistance with my issue. I have lost my WordPress (Jet Pack) stats following staging site creation. I have been looking on the forums and can see that a New ID was created when reconnecting my LIVE site, I was able to see all me stats in my staging site but need to view in my live and on the wordpress.com APP. Thank you Angie.

  Hey there, these can be a little tricky, since it’s not always clear which new ID we need to use, but I think I’ve got that for you now — can you confirm?

  Thank you so so much. I can see all stats are back against my live web-site now.

  Can you advise if / how I can find the ID for my site that the stats are now linked to in case this issue occurs in the future.

  Honestly, it’s a lot easier for staff to find those numbers, and the tools for fixing stats are only available to us anyway.

  We’ve added staff notes to this ticket with the right IDs, though, so if it happens again, you can reference back to this.
