LOST WRITING on PAGES

    i have lost the text and images on my pages, i want to restore back to the version before it all went wrong which was about 2pm today i had the three pages and my about pages i changed about page to home page and blog post 1 to blog page and that caused the text to become NO RESULTS FOUND. i need this for a univeristy class so can you restore the pages to what they were before the text was lost.
