Low Quality Featured Image

Hello,
Look, between yesterday and today, I’ve spent over 12 hours trying to solve the issue of the low quality of the featured image displayed on all my posts. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service support, which seems generated by AI instead of someone with a genuine intention to provide help with this issue that’s generating so much frustration.
After trying to contact you guys several times without any other help than redirecting me to the wordpress.com documentation that I’ve already checked extensively multiple times without any success I await proper guided step-by-step information on how to do it. Or I won’t have any other choice than to stop using your services and switch to another website builder more user-friendly and with more editing choices.
I want to set the quality to the Original quality in the aspect ratio. As you see in the screenshot attached it seems that doesn’t exist that option in settings. To give you an example I also attached the picture of one of my posts, and this is the link to how it looks on my Blog:

If this information is of any help, I’m currently using Plan Explorer, and I use the theme Twenty Twenty-three. The issue appeared 3 days ago all of a sudden.
