Mailbox hacked and I can’t login to WordPress anymore

  My friend mailbox has been hacked and he can’t access it anymore. For some reason, each time he tries to login to WordPress he doesn’t get a chance to enter his passwords as WordPress automatically sends him an email to login (to the mailbox he can’t access obviously). Is there any way to change his identifier and email address and to login with his identifier and and password?
