Mailchimp Connection

  Hello, I am trying to fix my MailChimp connection on my site. It keeps saying there was an error but I double-checked the connection and made sure the first name and last name were not required in order for it to work. Or can you help me find a way to make a popup on this site? Thank you for your help.

  Hi there,

  The Mailchimp popup is only possible on sites that are upgraded to our WordPress.com Pro Plan. https://wordpress.com/support/mailchimp/

  However, you do have the option to use the Mailchimp block to add an embedded signup form on any page or post on your site: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/mailchimp-block/

  If you are interested in the popup, you can upgrade to the Pro Plan, as I mentioned, which will also unlock the ability to upload any plugin or theme “built for WordPress” as well as provide direct code access via SFTP and access to live chat support for any questions you have about your site.   Okay, thanks. But how do I get the Mailchimp block to work? Because that’s also not working for me too.

  Were you receiving the error you described above when trying to get the Mailchimp block to work or when trying the popup option?

  I currently do not see the block enabled on your front page. If you want to try and re-add it then reach out to us if it still not working. We can take a look at your site and try to see the problem on our end with the hope of providing a solution.
