Mailchimp pop up form

  I’ve read the info on adding the pop up form, but I can’t get the “link” to mailchimp to disconnect. There is no disconnect button at the bottom of the page. Thanks.

  Cyndisstampspot.com. I don’t know why I have that other site. I don’t ever remember creating it!
