Mailchimp Pop up subscription form

I have been trying to add mailchimp subscription pop up for a while now and it doesn’t seem to be working. I have contacted Mailchimp to get some help with this. I have been advised to get in touch with WordPress as everything seemed fine on their end.

You can’t use the mailChimp popupform unless you upgrade tot the Business or eCommerce Plan. But you can use the MailChimp Block, https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/mailchimp-block/
