Make a domain name inactive
-
Hi. I have a domain name that I would like to deactivate. I have another name I would like to use. I know I will not be refunded since it has been 5 months. I just want to cancel it. How can I do that without waiting for it to expire in January 2015?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I can do that for you, however you should be aware that canceling a domain means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm and include the domain you’d like to cancel.

I understand that. However, I need to know which domain on your account you want me to cancel.

prepglobalcitizens.com is the domain I would like you to deactivate.
I just registered the uncomfortable… domain name. How long will be before that is working? So far, I receive an error message because it seems it is not located.

Great! I’ve cancelled the domain prepglobalcitizens.com for you.
I just visited uncomfortableconversations4educators.com and was directed to your WordPress.com site. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and trying again?
Usually domains are up and running within a few hours of registration, but it can take up to 72 hours for the domain settings to fully propagate.
Let me know if you still can’t see your site after clearing your cache and cookies!
