  The site listed, shopypal.in , does not use the managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, your site is built on the open source WordPress installation. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Help for this version of WordPress comes from your hosting provider or the community of volunteers at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
