Making pages from categories

  I would like to make a page from a single category.

  For instance: I have a page titled ‘ARTS’ and a category titled ‘Arts’. I want to make it so that when I update the blog with a post from a specific category (arts) it will show up in the arts page as well as the main blog.

  Essentially, I want people to be able to find all the posts categorized in a certain category on one page.

  And my theme does not include more than one custom menu. I need 4 sections that each contain a different category.

  You don’t need the static pages. Delete them. You already have, automatically, a dynamic category page that lists every post in that category. Just use a custom menu to link to, say, http://indieandup.com/category/arts
