Making posts Pages
-
Hi,
I am having a hard time organizing my site and need a littel it of your help. I have added content on here, but when i go to my main page i see the headings ive created and under each the posts or content to follow. However, when I click on pages i dont see that information. How can i get my headings to become pages so that when i go post new content i just have to add it under each page?Does that make sense?
Thank you for your time!

Hi there,
From what I can see you appear to have manually created pages that are intended to display posts from a certain category, yes?
One thing to be aware of is that you don’t need to actually create this kind of “category page” manually because WordPress actually creates one for you automatically.
For example, you can see all your posts under the “Activities for Kids” category here on this page that WordPress has created: https://raisingroseandrae.wordpress.com/category/activities-for-kids/
Knowing that WordPress creates these ‘category pages’ automatically, all you need to do is post under each of your categories (the page is created as soon as you publish the first post for that category) and then add that automatic page to your menu. You can see how to do this in this short video I recorded at this link: https://d.pr/v/cULusb
Please note, you can’t add category pages to your menu until you have created the categories themselves and published at least one post per category.
Hope this helps!
