Making sure my site is getting directed to the correct site.

Hello! I just recently started my blog called my winding journey. There is another blog with a very similar name to mine; however, the two are completely different. For some reason when I comment on other blogs and click on my name I am directed to the other bloggers website and not my own. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
