Making sure WP will work for my needs

    I want to build a site where people can locate a church near them that have programs in place for people with special needs. I want to install a plugin to see if locating a church by zip code will work using the Custom WP Store Locator plugin. It won’t let me install a plugin on the free plan. I have to upgrade to Creator. My question is, can I see if this will work for me before publishing and ‘buying’ a WP plan? Thanks!
