Making websites for clients

  Hello, I am making my first website on WordPress, which is also a site for a business client. Is there a way to make it and then transfer it to a different person? Or do you have to make a new account for that person and then give them the name and password when you are done?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is, yes! Once the site is finished, it can be transferred to another WordPress.com account using these steps:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/

  If the site is using a custom domain, that will need to be transferred first.
