Malware that redirect to another websites

Does anyone experienced malware that injects code into WordPress files witch redirects from search websites (Google, Yahoo..) to another sites ? Website works fine, redirect happens when somebody come from search engines.
Sometimes I find that code by opening files, sometimes scanning with addon Wordfence. It works then fine, but after month or two, it happens again. WordPress and addons are updated regullary.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
