    We are in a turnover of service volunteers. I’m the current (changing info) Dave C, or dwcamm, (email visible only to moderators and staff), and Claire M, (email visible only to moderators and staff), is now taking ownership of our WordPress. I need to change JetPack also.

    That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site, so to change ownership type things, just change the email address at Settings > General in the site’s Dashboard and also make sure the right accounts have the right access under the Users section of the site’s Dashboard.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    As for Jetpack, disconnect Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted to the desired WordPress.com account.
