Manage Google Suite plan

    I’m blocked in managing my GSUITE emails because after transferring the domain to the new maintainer I can no longer change the email plan subscribed to by you.

    I can’t do anything on Google because you are the reseller and I would like to increase my plan (mailboxes).

    How can I fix this restriction? Through my maintainer I can manage DNS and RECORD_A

    Hi @thegeoeg, do you still need help with this? Basically, you’ll want to ensure you have the proper MX, TXT, and SOA records required by Google Workspace. It looks like you’ve got those currently, but if not let us know.

    Also, if you prefer, you can cancel Workspace through us and purchase directly through Google. Let us know if you need more help!
