Manage purchases issues

Hello, I’m trying to add my credit card to start to sell in my website and set up my shippings options but once I try to set up my card it says ‘There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.’ It’s the third consecutive day I’m trying to set up it and keep giving me the same message. I already called my bank and it says that everything is ok with my credit card and they also said that they couldn’t see any actions from WordPress in my card.

It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
