'Manage purchases' page not loading

  I have been sent an e:mail reminder that my account (Premium plan) is due for renewal at a cost of £85.

  My business has taken a completely different direction since I signed up for Premium, and I need to look at what my options are ( I do not wish to spend £85, basically).

  According to WordPress help, I should be able to look at ‘Manage Purchases’, but the page simply doesn’t load, regardless of how long I wait.

  Is anyone able to advise how I can access my account in order to do this please?
