Manage Purchases tab is empty and my renewal has just gone through!

    Hi there,
    The payment for renewal has just gone through. However, in my profile I cannot seem to see the renewal details or anything under the ‘manage purchases’ tab. When I click on ‘My site’, my website doesnt’ come up either, it says I have no sites, which is stange. My site is ‘www.brecknertranslations.com’. I would just like to have a look at my plan and manage the account but it seems to be empty even though my site is still up and running. Please advise! Many thanks, Hannah Breckner

    This account is only a few minutes old an has no website connected to it.
    Make sure you log in with the account that was charged. Normally you should see your site and purchases.
