Managing a client’s WordPress website

    Hi! I’ve login details for a client’s website but for some reason, I always get the maintenance message even though I log in to the wp-admin website. Any tips? Am I doing something wrong? This is my first time working with WordPress :). Thanks a lot.

    I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

    Hi there,
    Is your site on wordpress.com?
    The Maintenance Mode is something you can deactivate once you log in.
    Here´s how:

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
