Managing featured images

    Is there something like WordPress.org’s ‘Quick Featured Images’ for WordPress.com? Or some CSS that would accomplish something similar? I have hundreds of featured images on my blog, and would like to change to the Twenty Sixteen theme. But doing so will mean adjusting every post individually to remove duplicated images. This will be the case with almost any theme I might change to. I need a way to bulk handle featured images.
