Managing my church's website

So I’ve been tapped to manage the church website, no problem, I’ve worked in WordPress for other [paying] clients before. Strangely, I can’t login [as the pastor], using the credentials he gets in with. Why? I’m sure the answer is something ridiculously elementary that I’m skipping, but I can’t figure it out… very frustrating.

Our church’s URL is manahawkinmethodist.org. Any guidance you could offer would be most appreciated!

manahawkinmethodist.org is a self hosted WordPress.org site, not a WordPress.com site. The differences between the two are explained here:
As the site is not hosted on our servers, we are unable to help you access it. However I can give you some suggestions that might help :)
manahawkinmethodist.org has separate login details from your pastor’s WordPress.com account (if they have one). They can try to reset the password from the login page:
http://manahawkinmethodist.org/wp-admin/
The site is hosted with CyrusOne. I’d recommend contacting them if the login details your pastor has aren’t working, or if they are unable to reset the password using the link above.
