  what do I do??? I am confused. I paid for the site and am trying to edit and launch it

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.

  What is the URL of the site you are trying to access? We’ll be happy to take a look.
