Manual payment – Turning off auto-renewal

    Good Afternoon,

    I will be using a company credit card to upgrade to Premium membership. It’s our company policy that no payment can be made on an auto-renewal basis, only as a single one off payment. I understand I can pay for subscription and then cancel after 30 days, however, I am not able to make the payment this way due to our company policy.

    Is there a way I can make the payment on a one-off basis?

    Hi there, after you buy the upgrade, you can either post here in the forums, or go through Live Chat and we can turn off auto renewal on that upgrade for you.
