Manual payment – Turning off auto-renewal

Good Afternoon,
I will be using a company credit card to upgrade to Premium membership. It’s our company policy that no payment can be made on an auto-renewal basis, only as a single one off payment. I understand I can pay for subscription and then cancel after 30 days, however, I am not able to make the payment this way due to our company policy.
Is there a way I can make the payment on a one-off basis?
