Manual Renewal

    I want to renew manually, but the only option on the page is to enable automatic renewal. I work for a university, and we would probably not receive the notice of renewal in time to cancel if we wanted.

    Hi Kori,

    I just checked your account, and I see that the WordPress.com Premium plan was already auto renewed for the upcoming year. That means your Premium plan is good through November 8, 2015.

    However, auto renew is no longer enabled because the credit card used to renew it will expire before the next renewal date. In other words, it’s currently set so you’ll need to renew it manually next year.

    It sounds like that’s what you want, but if you have any questions or concerns about it please let me know!
