Manual update removed my website from the server!
-
I attempted to use the one click option to update my wordpress to the latest version and I got errors. So I followed the instructions on how to update WP manually and once I swapped the wp-admin and wp-includes as well as the loose files then my website stopped working. Except for one single piece of my website that was part of a staging site that I created. Only the homepage loads on that though, if I try to click to other pages it doesn’t connect. I pinged the server and ensured it was up and running. I tried loading a back up but the backup wouldn’t load. Please help!

Problem Solved. I went in CPanel and added “-old” to the plugins folder and was then able to access the back-end of my website.
