Many 404 Errors with URL's that dont exist

So Im having a problem with my website and have no idea what it is. Talked to my hosting and said that I should block the IP’s and countries receiving those IP’s but i Think its something more than that… So I thought maybe some experts here could help me.

I just saw that in my 301 redirect plugin I have an average of 1000 error (404) page every day since the 4th of july. Are URL’s that never existed. Some of them are from Russia and Turkey (I already blocked those countries), but Im having lots of from this type:
    https://schoolyogainstitute.com/ommedia/24/rss/12.xml/

https://schoolyogainstitute.com/body-sky-vedantin/ or https://schoolyogainstitute.com/feb24-2/ thta never existed befori.

I made a test with https://www.deadlinkchecker.com/ and it says this error “429 Too Many Requests” and then this error “503 Service Unavailable”. Those error appear in many pages, but those pages work fine.

I also made a site audi with Ahrefs and I’m getting 502 a bad Gateway error in some pages that work perfectly, so I think it has to do with that problem, but not totally sure.

The site was normal and started to have these problem last month but dont know why because I haven’t done anything diferent. Im so lost and no idea what to do :-S

    Please help!
