map an existing domain_problem

    When I create my blog I purchase an upgrade that include a domain or a domain mapping.
    Now that I have already update my domain’s name servers and I want to continue with setting, it appear that I have to pay again for map my existing domain.
    Please help me with the stepts that I have to follow.

    Hi there – it looks like you purchased a bundle, including mapping of vmsgallery.com, for vmsgallery.wordpress.com – and were charged the correct total of $99.

    You also have an unused domain credit for vicentemartisolar.wordpress.com, so you could map or register a domain on that site at no charge, if you wish.

    If you’re still having any trouble, could you please let me know in more detail what domain you’re trying to map to which site?
