  Hey there,

  You should be able to connect/map a domain as per these instructions: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  The name servers need to change to:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  What is the domain and who is it registered with exactly? Perhaps we can find some instructions for the domain registrar.
