mapped domain expired

Hi, our mapped domain blog.virtocommerce.com expired and there is no way to renew it as buttons are not available. I logged in as an administrator who originally purchased the mapping and it still doesn’t work.

I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade – and I’ll assist you with that as well.

Do you know which account it was? There are only 2 administrators and I’m pretty sure it was this account subscription was purchased under.

That use doesn’t exist anymore on our site. It is an older employee that is no longer with a company.
