    Hello there, I want to renew mapping of my domain ecotripscostarica.com I paid $13 dollars every year since 2016, it just expired, my credit card account number changed, so I could not renew it. I am trying to do it again however it seem that I have to upgrade the plan and I don’t want to do that because I have to pay alot for one or 2 years.

    Hi there,

    We no longer sell domain mapping as a separate upgrade, and while you can keep renewing a domain mapping upgrade you already have, once it expires the only way to get it back is to buy a plan instead.

    In this case I see it hasn’t been very long since your mapping expired, so I’ve tried to just restore it to your account. Please try renewing it from the Purchases page:

    If it goes through, then we’re not too late, but if it automatically adds a plan to the cart when you go to renew, that means you will need to buy a plan to renew it.
