    If I went through Bluehost which seems linked to WordPress do I still have to map or Transferr?

    Hi there,

    If you went through Bluehost, you won’t be using WordPress.com. Instead you’ll be using the open source WordPress software maintained by the community on WordPress.org. Same name, but something completely different.

    You can see a comparison of the two versions of WordPress here:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    So in that case you won’t have to map or transfer your domain to us, as your site will have absolutely no connection with us. In that case your domain would need to be mapped or transferred to Bluehost, if that’s not already where you have it registered.
