mapping a tsohost domain to wordpress

  I am tyring to map my domain from tsohost to wordpress but being asked to pay for it? why do i have to pay to map?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hosting a site on WordPress.com is completely free. Adding a custom domain to your site, whether you buy it directly from us or bought it somewhere else, is a paid service. Domain mapping can only be added as part of one of our plans that appear at My Site ->Plans.
